Joe is a great closer I hope to see him daily. I need to see him more often like Aiden! Please promote Joe will call corporate to complain if he doesn’t get promoted! Aiden is GOAT love coming in when he’s on shift. They had my part here next day! Or else I would’ve waited two weeks to have a working turn signal. Saved me a ton of headaches from trying to locate the part online.

I called to see if they were open or closing up @ 7:30pm, someone picked up and said they were open. I see cars in the parking lot, store website say they clase at 10pm. I see lights on, walk upfront and the door are locked. The lights turn off, had to be slow nights.

Had horrible experience. I bought battery last night receipt#672648 trans 386660 9/25/24. I'm 68 years old disabled lady. Beg your young salesman to help me install the battery and wouldn't help. It was NOT busy and he said it is store policy not to help. So I went outside the store to go somewhere else but my car wouldn't start this time. I have no choice but to pay for the battery but he still wouldn't help. The other bigger guy just looking at me and would not say anything. He was just arranging the stocks cause NO ONE was there. So I went back out and beg a young kid seems to know about car if he can help me install a battery. The only good thing your employee did is to carry the battery to my car. He can tell I could not carry it. I know he just want to make sales. HORRIBLE to treat a person they know have no choice but pay.
