AutoZone Auto Parts

The store was located close to the plaza of Target and Trader Joe's store. I needed help with an issue for my old car. The owner was nice and told me that I could park my car outside of the store so that an associate could help me with that. Eric was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He helped me find out what the problem was and recommended the part to replace the current one with the problem as well as a reliable repair shop to do the work. I feel so grateful to have a store like this with professional, honest and helpful employees in our city to take care of our needs for auto parts. I absolutely recommend this store for auto parts!

Had what I needed and took care of a return when I grabbed the wrong part. They were trying to assist someone else with a return but he didn't have a receipt or proof of purchase. Be sure to use a good phone number and accurate info in their system to prevent any issues.

Put oil in the power steering reservoir.. Otto and Abel’s knowledge and service delivered the perfect solution. They even made arrangements to get replacement fluid for the power steering from the other store. Was really taken care of. Thank you!

Horrible experience at this place. I purchased a code reader the other day and I didn’t need it after all because my friend had one. So it was never open never touched and I had my receipt and I read the back of the receipt and the return policy. So it said I can return it so I went here because I lived close to there. And when I walked in I was greeted by a nice employee in red. And he was about to check it out and the manager she was an older lady she said we don’t do returns on those. And I said you don’t take returns on those and she said with a rude voice no. And I said ok I guess never do business here. So I called and I asked another store and I told them what happened and he said really they did that to you and I said yes and I had the receipt and he said as long as you have your receipt we can return it. And he said that all autozones have the same policy, there no final sale or say on code readers. And he said come to my store and I will take care of you and give you the best experience we can give you. And I went there and he was very professional. So my advice is don’t go to this store. Go to the store in Glendora off Route 66. And if you’re not around that area the other store in Azusa is very good too.. I already told my friends and family don’t go there at all stay away from that store.

Walked in there were two guys at counter. One at least asked if I needed help but he wasn't helpful. Told him what I needed, make and model of vehicle. He was on his computer he could have figured it out easily. I've been to many AutoZones most of the time they will come out and assist with something or look at something quickly. But nope. Store was practically empty and there were 2 employees. Johnathan L couldn't be bothered. Couldn't answer a question or find the answer on his computer. A tail light. Next time I'll go to O'Reillys.
