Worst autozone around. Ordered a battery online and picked it up. Asked simple questions and the guy (Asian looking manager) just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered the entire time with questions. Asked to install my battery and looked clueless like he didn’t know it was on their door that they can do that. He got some girl to do the installation and she joked with him “you scared?” He blatantly said, “no I just don’t wanna do it”…yeah I was still in the store while he said that. Got to my car and for some odd reason cause it was in a case they can’t do it. Never heard that one cause they have to do a little umph to it. Went back in to the same guy and asked if I could at least get a jump on it. Was told they have to wait for their delivery guy to come back cause they only have cables…in an auto parts store. I got mad and kudos to pep boys. Apparently these are typical excuses from autozone cause they laughed when I told them the situation. They came over and got my car started for me. I went back in and yes even though I needed it, I returned the battery. I’m usually pretty cool and understanding but I’m not gonna have my money sit with a place where I encounter that I’m an inconvenience and a severe lack of professionalism. It was convenient cause I live down the street but I’d rather drive to Rancho then have to go to this zoo of fools.

Normal auto zone nothing to crazy. Customer service is great! They order parts if you need them to. Pretty big and they do offer help if needed

Today on 11-2-2024 Auto Zone kept there warranty promise on my truck battery. I am very happy. Anthony was very helpful and nice.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your AutoZone location yesterday evening. The entire experience was infuriating and has left me questioning the competency and customer service skills of your staff, particularly the manager, Matthew, and the associate who assisted me. I dropped off my car battery for charging at 6:30 PM, as instructed by both the associate and the manager. They informed me it would take three hours to charge. I provided my contact information on a slip, with the understanding that I would be notified when the battery was ready. However, by 9:45 PM, I had not received any call, and repeated attempts to reach the store by phone went unanswered. I decided to drive to the store, arriving just as it closed. I attempted to get the attention of the associate who had initially helped me, but he blatantly ignored me, disappearing to the back. Moments later, he emerged with Matthew, who was preparing to leave for the night. When I inquired about my battery, Matthew dismissively informed me that the store was closed and I would have to return the next day. Despite my efforts to explain that the battery should have been fully charged by then, Matthew offered no apology or solution, instead walking away and driving off. The associate followed suit, leaving me without my battery and forcing my girlfriend to miss work the next day because her car was still inoperable. This level of service is unacceptable. If there was any chance that my battery would not be ready before closing, I should have been notified. Instead, I was left stranded and treated with blatant disrespect. Matthew's behavior was particularly egregious given his managerial role, which should entail a higher standard of customer care. I urge you to address this issue promptly, ensuring that no other customer has to endure such appalling service. Competent and customer-oriented staff are crucial for maintaining trust and satisfaction, neither of which were demonstrated during my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I expect a prompt resolution.

Terrible service from James and the manager Matthew. My car wouldn’t turn on at all and they denied service to help me install the battery that I was going to purchase from auto zone. They were not even busy they were just on their phones. I will not be coming back to this location. AutoZone should review how they train their employees this is how they represent you guys. Terrible customer service.
