I purchased a wax spray for my car. It had a little defect on the same day I purchased it. I could not use the bottle due to that. I called to speak to the staff member and I was able to replace it with no issue. They were very helpful and understanding.

I had a warranty on a belt I bought for my car the belt I bought got shredded took it back to them and they said I wouldn’t get another one because they couldn’t see the number….duh it’s shredded there’s no much to see even tho my warranty was still active .. the men that work there need to learn how to treat the customers properly very unprofessional and I wasn’t even told I had a warranty when I bought the belt smh
