Excellent customer service! Friendly, informative and non judgmental. The real "No Judgements Zone." I should have caught myself, but I was trying to stick a lowbeam bulb in the high beam socket, the difference between an H9 and H11. Instead of going through the trouble of having to learn it the hard way, an awesome female cashier hooked me up with some priceless info. Thanks again! 👍🏻

Very crappy customer service. Called to find a part only to get someone who can’t understand English.😩. The guy acted like he didn’t know anything. I had to literally repeat myself four different times about the making and model of my car and he still couldn’t understand and then he couldn’t talk and then finally he said it’s not in stock. Not because he looked it up, but he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know how to look it up. Very sad but true this is got to be one of the worst.
