Huge thank you to Hailey or Kailey (so sorry my jumbled brain can't remember exactly). My car died outside of cvs so I booked it across the parking lot to auto zone to see if they had something to check my battery. (K)Hailey walked with me, checked the battery and fixed the bad connection in like two minutes! So grateful for her confidence and honesty 💙

My son and I stopped by this AutoZone location in Temecula off of Winchester to buy an OBD reader. The associate that helped us his name was Jaydean. I wanted to sincerely thank him for his knowledge, his exceptional customer service and he was such a nice person to deal with. He was very patient as we asked him many questions and he answered all of them with a smile. Highly recommend this AutoZone and the person to work with would be Jaydean. He is absolutely a great person with impeccable customer service. Thank you Jaydean for making our experience exceptional.

I would like to give a big shout out to Autozone's Andy and Diego! They saved my life! I was at a parking lot with my car battery dead. I was devastated. It was pitch dark outside and I had no triple A or nothing. I had nobody to turn to. As I was stuck in my car trembling I came across Autozone's google review and read something about battery change at Autozone. I thought Autozone sells auto parts only but I gave it a shot and called them. Andy answered the phone and after explaining my situation, without any hesitation, he sent Diego on my way to help me! He saved my life! I cannot thank Andy enough! I will never forget the kindness and humanity he's shown. I owe him so so much. He has a true hero's heart. Dear Autozone, please promote him to max! And Diego, I thank him a lot also! He was so detailed and thorough! He was extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, yet precise in his works. It was cold outside and the battery cover was a bit challenging due to how it was built but he handled each pieces with care like a surgeon, I was impressed. Ladies, you can rest assured with these gentlemen. If I can give 10+ stars I would. Thank you so much, Andy and Diego! I'm coming back for other things from now on.

The friendly staff was very helpful. When I thought the replacement batteries I bought for my RV didn't work, they came out and tested them. And then helped me diagnose that the power cutoff switch was broken.

Every time I visit AutoZone to purchase parts, Andy has the immediate solution, not only in providing the correct parts but also in guiding me through proper installation and troubleshooting. Andy’s ability to diagnose problems swiftly and suggest the best course of action is consistently impressive, saving time and providing invaluable guidance. This one is directed more towards manager/supervisor, Andy Garcia. He is a ‘hands on’, ‘roll up his sleeves’ kind of guy. He took ownership of my car issues, and his professional insights led me to a more practical solution. Then, he offered to install the parts for me. It turned out to be 'THE' hidden core solution to the problem I had for years with this vehicle. Andy has a mechanical skillset that is proportioned to his mannerism. I wrote this to make sure he is recognized for his efforts. He is a vital asset to AutoZone and a key element to how your business succeeds. His co-workers are just as friendly and very helpful. I went to O’Reilly’s a couple of times between my last visit with AutoZone. Their limited protocols do not allow them to touch your vehicle or install things for you. According to them, it was a liability issue.
