Travis went above and beyond to help me. Somehow, I didn't have jumper cables in my car and ended up needing them. Travis helped me out, without thinking about completing a sale. This is the type of thing that restores faith. I'm going to be a life-long customer for sure.

I usually come here for my car part needs and have reasonable success in getting what I need and the appropriate assistance. Today was a much different experience. I came in to get my alternator tested and the "new guy" asked if it was an alternator or a starter, I replied that it is an alternator. He said, "well, if it's an alternator, why doesn't it have a pulley for the belt?", at which point I pointed to the pulley. He said "well, I totally missed that." Long story short, his management and leadership has failed him by not training him on how to use that diagnostic tool. Out of the three employees there, they couldn't figure it out. They used the wrong lead and then said there was an issue with the machine. The problem is that while the screen may be on, that doesn't mean that the part of the machine that tightens the belt and spins is on. I didn't have time to teach them how to use it, so I left. The management here needs to do better.

Hansen working at Autozone off Temecula pkwy 79 is very knowledgeable and courteous. Making the decision for which LED headlamp bulbs I was looking to purchase. A powerful yet reliable bulb’s and he helped me find them easily. He explained different options I could pick from plus well informed me on each one. I really appreciated his help because, the LED headlamps installed work great. Plus my experience was above par there as well as being helped by other store employees when I shop there. Reflects on the management there for sure.

This store manager is amazing! He changed my wind shield wipers and added wiper fluid for me in the rain! Richardo is the best! Ask for him when you go into the Temecula Vail Ranch location! 5 stars!
