I tried to purchase a 1/2"x 3" extension from this store 10.18.24. The price on the rack showed $8.99. When I wen to check out, it came up $20.99. I explained to the checker that the scanned price was incorrect so he scanned it again and it came up $20.99 again. He followed me over to the tool section and I showed him the fixed price tag for the 1/2"x3" extension that displayed the correct $8.99 price and that the $20.99 price was for a 1/2"x20" extension to which he replied, "I can't change the price." I asked him to please apply the correct price to my 1/2"x3" extension that was clearly marked, because somebody took the 1/2"x3" tag and plugged it into the 1/2"x20" extension and walked out paying $8.99 instead of $20.99. This fact was way over his head. I asked for the manager and he said, "I' am the manager." I asked for his name and he didn't answer but instead pointed to his name tag which read oscar. There is no way this person has the skills to be a manager and I blame auto-zone for hiring him as he has no business working with the public and is clueless regarding price/product miss-matches. This is my first and last visit to this store. I sincerely hope that whoever reads this, will strongly consider choosing another location and or vendor to buy from and to steer clear of this auto-zone and avoid it like the plague...

I give two stars because the employees do everything they can, but if you want a Terrible experience Juan Sanchez the manager is the person to go. I need a refund for my alternator under warranty, He comes out with a angry manner asking if a request a refund or exchange through the conversation he anger manner was obvious. He trashed my receipts I asked for my receipts, he said " you don't need it them". Again I asked him politely to give them back to my he returned one and refused to return the other two. Why are you so angry Juan Sanchez he said I am not. I asked him to train his new employees on refunds so I don't have to go back fifteen days later and ask for refunds after they messed up the first one. Next time. I will dispute the charge through the credit card as my last resource. This was the most Terrible costumer experience I ever had on a Auto Zone.

I purchased windshield wipers at this location. It was nearly two months before it rained, but when it did, the middle of the driver side wiper didn't touch the glass. Right in my line of view, the windshield wasn't being cleaned! I took the wiper back to the store and let them know about the problem. Their solution? Pay another $25 for a new wiper. I certainly wouldn't buy wiper blades from this store; in fact, I don't recommend buying ANYTHING from Aurozone. I certainly won't do business with them again.

Definitely agree with the bad attitude in the other reviews. Someone described him as the tall guy/kid in a previous post. As soon as walking in rather than met with a greeting was met with a look and attitude provided for no reason. The body language and tone were definitely very aggressive. I feel sorry for the guy if anything. I write this more so to bring awareness that although you may not like your job you should make the best of it.
