Went in to pick up a battery for my vehicle and Travis J did an outstanding job switching out the old for the new. However, that’s not what stood out. What made the experience all the much better was his “ glad-to-help” attitude. Amazing customer service, and not to mention, he stayed 30 minutes after his shift to ensure everything was up-to-par with my vehicle. Thanks Travis!

“Matt” Came in today to buy a part and was greeted by Matt. He gave me excellent customer service and should be an example for all parts store employees on how to treat customers fantastic. Customer service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

I had an iasue with my jeep and he staff and the autozone off of clintonkieth really helped me out. The manager was amazing truly takes pride in her work and making connections with the customers. Which is rare these days. I get it was just her job but you can really tell she cares. Which is why ill be shopping at this location from now on even though there is two closer to me. Thank you for being amazing guys.

Last night my wife had car trouble at the kids football practice across the street. After working a long day I went over there to see what was going on. After all trying different things I read online,as well has trying to jump start her car it was clear that the battery was dead as a stone. I did not have my tools with me or anything. I saw a Auto Zone across the street and went over. As I write this I remember that I have written another review for another Auto Zone which was negative, this experience was the exact opposite. Luckily I ran into Matt! He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable as well. He addressed all my concerns in a pleasant manner. He even lent me some wrenches do I could change the battery in the parking lot at the football. This will be the only Auto Zone in the area that I will be returning to! Great work guys, and thank you!

Matt took great care of me and helped me in my dire time of need. I am not a well versed car enthusiast or mechanic so my knowledge is pretty limited when it comes to my car. I drive a beautiful Chevy Camaro. Matt helped me even though I was a mess and he helped soothe and alleviate my worries. I hope you give this man a raise because he sure does deserve one.
