I went into AutoZone looking for help with my car key battery which was completely dead and I was having difficulty opening it. I was very fortunate to have a salesperson named Gregory offer to help me. He was no at all annoyed at my request and was very patient and helpful. Also only charged me the price of the batteries.

Went to exchange the wrong car battery after waiting in line for 20 minutes. So called manager charged me a $22 core charge even though my receipt showed I brought an old battery in. He said it because it was a different store bs. He was just mad because he didn't want to help me carry the batteries to my car since I have a bad back. Find a different store!

7 employees working with a manager and only 2 people helping customers! I just got there waiting in line was one guy I got behind him. We saw several employees at work but not working. On cell phones, but one Mexican young guy working really hard, the other was helping a customer. 24 minutes later, the young Mexican kid helped me get my brake pads, and then he rang me up 32 minutes later done. Wait, by the time I'm rung up, the line was out the door. Yes, at least 9-11 customers around 3:10pm. I looked at them, and they were rolling their eyes back&forth. Some were shaking their heads. I told them that the other Auto Zone told me this store has so many complaints. I could come their and they'd help me. I can't because my cars on jack stands. Then I can go to Napa!!!!! Too late, I'm here again in line. Because I got brake grease. I had to go back. Instead, I went to Napa and got help right away. I told them about 7 employees at auto zone more than half aren't working. For $20 a hour, this store has gone from bad to worse service ever! Especially during the afternoon when people are working on their cars. $20 an hour to not have half of them working. Someone needs to pull the videos and see how bad this management is. CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME IN AND SEE THE VIDEOS. SAN JACINTO IS NOTHING LIKE THIS STORE. BRING THEIR MANAGEMENT OVER TO THIS STORE AND GET RID OF LAZY PEOPLE. HAVE THEM FIND A MANAGER THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH THE COMPUTERS AND MAYBE USE SAN JACINTO AS A TRAINING STORE BEFORE WORKING THIS HEMT STORE LEARNING BAD HABBITS HIW TO AVOID HELPING CUSTOMERS AS A HABBIT. PLZ.... PEOPLE RATE THIS STORE. BOTH GOOD AND BAD. OH, EVEN NAPA KNOW ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS STORE. I wish I had taken a photo of the line next time. I most definitely will and post this store for sure. The San Jacinto, Jesus is incredible, a great worker, and will put your $200.00 battery in. This store refused to last time, but San Jacinto Auto Zone told me just to come to our store, and we will take care of you. I'm going to take lots of pictures. Post them on social media.

Never coming back to this autozone , I’m a car guy so I love autozone not after they were mistreating my wife and left her looking dumb , everyone there doesn’t know how to scan a obd car port correctly neither do they want to know , couldn’t find the part I needed and when I asked for help they told me I could do it that it was simple and easy , thanks a lot for the help autozone , treating our ladies like they should know what to do , please get them some training
