Avis Lube

I have many Bmws in my family which are specialized vehicles. I recently brought my X5M for new brake pads and rotors. The dealer quoted $3,000. Avis Lube charged $1,400. Including parts labor light reset and finished within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

So I went there for Is a oil change. I damn they told me that I need and new expectation. Which I said fine.But then they tried to hustle me and to paint them so they could pass the car which I thought was very unfair and not true in which I did it because I was stuck. So ladies and gentlemen, the moral story is be careful.You know all the law before you go in there. You gotta number one thing these people are not from the neighborhood.They can kill us what they do to us. It's a shame I remember when I used to go.There's a goat that was not in but on on class and respect..... Ladies and gentlemen are also found out by the new york state law that if you don't have a check engine light Your car will pass the registration test. I am ready at the point to follow-on a complaint with consumer affairs to let them know that these people sit in there. Robbing people and misleading people with the nonsense saying that their cars are going to fail. I just makes me wonder how many people they got already by taking their money. Just so you don't know. I paid $50 so they could supposedly has the registration expectation on my vehicle.. And when I talk to my mechanic that's right down the street from them.He said that's a lie.It would pass as long as it doesn't have a check engine light on

I never felt the need to leave a bad review until today. I have them on video asking and taking bribes that I will post all over social media and many more videos that i will be using against them to make sure this stops. I would stay as far away from this shop as possible. All the 5 stars are fake reviews and not genuine they give a “discount” to leave a 5 star review. Horrible experience, very unprofessional as you can see just from owners replies on here imagine in person. I HAVE A TINT EXEMPT! AND YOU DONT NEED FOG LIGHTS TO PASS INSPECTION!! I’ll upload a couple pictures from the multiple videos I have showing him reading my tint exempt and I will definitely be escalating this situation now for sure. Good Luck!

Highly recommend this oil change. My dealer takes a whole day. Here it took 15 minutes exactly. They told me exactly what my car needed and the price. Much cheaper than dealer service. Fast service also and very clean, and the guy who worked on my car was professional and polite

My husband and I went to try to get the car inspection done and they said we can't have it done cause there was too much paint missing on the rear license plate... so we decided to drive 35 mins to our old neighborhood and they did it no problem. That's just terrible on their part. (BTW, they replied to my comment & showed me a photo of the wrong CAR. If you try to fire back at least know what car you're talking about. their response alone shows how unprofessional they are... have a good day sweeties...)
