After discovering this place was Honda certified and recommended by a nearby Honda dealer, we trusted this place with my Honda civic that got into an accident, and my folks and I could not be more pleased and grateful with the result. Walter, William, Joseph were very kind and professional throughout the whole process. There weren't any issues throughout, they knew what they were talking about and were very informative. By the time we got it back, the car looked as if the damage had never happened in the first place. I have a 2024 Tundra. I took my vehicle here because I thought they specialized in BMW cars, so I figured they'll have amazing technicians. And they do, except they took over a month to fix my truck. They were waiting for a part, and the guy who ordered parts said he won't get the part till a few weeks. I was able to get the part from a Toyota dealership in a day!!!! ^$%#($ how does this happen? Never will I ever take my truck here again. And if someone ever ask me about this place, I would tell them to look somewhere else.
