I recently had an excellent experience with AWS Automotive in Ventura. I took my Subaru outback in that needed some attention (lots of rust, etc.). From start to finish, the team’s service was top-notch. Communication was always clear, easy to understand, prompt, and transparent. They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Unexpectedly, they needed to keep my car longer than initially anticipated, but I still felt like I was in such good hands. Jason answered my call when I was looking for a place to fix two tires with nails and screws. He was very helpful and told me to come right in. The technician started working on my car right away. I could see he took his time to do the repairs properly and with care. Not rushing through just to get it done. Thank you Jason and Luis at AWS Automotive. Just moved in from Oceanside and my bug eye WRX was acting up. Found this great shop online and they got me back on the road in no time. They have earned my business from this point on, you will not be disappointed. I have now taken about 5 different vehicles now. Caleb and his crew are great and will get your vehicles taken care of. As usual another great service from the team at AWS.

Three months ago I brought in my 2008 Chevy Silverado for a check engine light. I asked them to diagnose it. The truck was running great. They charged me $180 and told me I needed a new engine. I told them to kick rocks as they did not diagnose ANYTHING, and tried to scam me into buying a completely new engine. Three months later and the truck is still running great. Do not bring your car here. They will try to scam you into buying a new engine for a leaky exhaust gasket. I will be contacting the BBB for their dishonesty and lack of integrity…. Kaleb is the owner, and he’s let this shop go down the drain.
