I had a car come crashing into the back of my parked Jeep in a parking lot. There was damage to my trunk, quarter panel, flooring, and exhaust. Even though my car was practically new with only 30k miles and still drove perfectly, I was told by a local auto shop that there was a high chance my car would be totaled. Of course, after hearing this news, I was at a loss in what to do. Through the recommendation of a close friend, I reached out to Omar at AZ Elite. From start to finish, Omar was so professional and easy to work with. As soon as I arrived at the shop, Omar was extremely friendly and he did a thorough inspection of my car. After inspecting my car, Omar reassured me that the damage was 100% fixable and my car likely wouldn’t be totaled. Within 15-30 minutes, Omar contacted my insurance and handled my claim with them and set me up with a rental. Before I knew it, I was headed home. The estimated timeframe to fix my car was 3 weeks. Omar got it done in 2! Communication between Omar and I throughout the whole process was seamless. When I went to pick up my car, it was as if it was brand new! Omar had even taken care of a few other scratches to my car as part of the work and gave it a full detail. AZ Elite and Omar are absolute professionals and provide top notch work. I’ll definitely be coming back for any auto repairs!

Good afternoon. I have has the distinct pleasure of meeting Omar and his team of experts when my pristine 2018 Nissan Rogue was recently in need of cosmetic repair due to an accident. I found Omar to not only be trustworthy, but extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, timely, and professional. AZ Elite repaired my SUV beyond my expectations with outstanding results, without breaking the bank. Quite frankly, so much so, that I now take all my cars to AZ, including my Hyundai Hybrid that is there now having work done. I gladly recommend and endorse AZ to others who are also seeking quality craftsmanship and sustained support after the fact. The interesting thing is, they work on ANY car. I have seen cars in the shop ranging from basic vehicles to extremely high end vehicles, treated with the same care.
