On 11/10/24 cops towed my scooter. And after a long search, the next day I found out it was towed by b&m towing. So i called and the lady had an smart attitude. They confirmed they had it. So I went with my mom to pick it up and I was charged $310 to get it back. I asked for a receipt and they said the printer was down. And when they took me to the back my jaw dropped, because they had it piled on top of other scooters so carelessly. I wish I took a pic of that pile. But I was so angry. Didn't think of it until after. But to make matters worse. When examining my bike I noticed they stole my left side mirror, they popped my lock, they stole my phone holder, they scratched my bike up, left finger prints on it, and they stole my sunglasses. I took pics to prove it. Now I have to go to civil court with my mother because she was my witness. My bike was 2 weeks old I had it in perfect condition from when I bought it. And now it's trashy looking.but at least it still runs. I called the cops and they couldn't give me a police report. Then b&m lied and said the cops were responsible for the bike. But no police said the towing company was responsible. I wish I could get help from other customers to help shut this place down. It took me months of work to pay for my bike. And now it's down the toilet. This place needs to be shut down!! They're scammers and dirty thieves. Here are some pics of the damage.

The experience I encountered was nothing short of appalling and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your urgent attention. I was in need of assistance and reached out to your company for a tow. Upon my initial contact, I was assured that help would arrive within an hour. However, to my dismay, the tow truck failed to show up even after the specified time had elapsed. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, I felt compelled to contact your company again, only to be put on hold for a frustrating 25 minutes. Regrettably, this entire ordeal lasted for over 5 hours before any help finally materialized. This level of service is simply unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied. I implore you to address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future. I urge all customers to reconsider utilizing your towing services and to report their experiences to bring awareness to the substandard service being provided. It is crucial that action is taken to rectify this situation and restore faith in your company's ability to deliver timely and reliable service. I trust that you will investigate this matter with the seriousness it warrants and take steps to improve the quality of service your company provides.

They had towed my uncles car illegally with an unmarked tow truck from the 106 building. Parking limits signs are posted all over for 30 MINS. Signage says $100-125 tow fee. License is posted expired since April. When calling them when they took the car they said no pickup until the next day. What if my uncle was from out of state visiting and not from Rockaway ?! We went the next day to be charged $200 to get the car back. They hooked my uncle car wrong to start off with. Usually when towing a vehicle it’s supposed to be towed from the front end of the car for more stability, safety of other drivers, etc..they towed from the back and was in the rush to come back to tow another car across and dropped my uncles car off the hooks driving up shore front parkway leaving the premises. Which now has damages. They are nonstop towing people with their unmarked truck and an expired license hanging up.and overcharging .Why haven’t b&m given the building new signs ? Why are they towing people who live here or family who visits. They are scum.

I had a terrible experience with B & M Towing, and I strongly advise against using their services. My car was illegally towed even though I had my parking pass clearly displayed in the windshield. When I called the company, Melissa, who answered, was extremely rude. She refused to provide any information about my car and hung up on me. When I called back, she transferred me without explanation to a line that wasn’t answered, promising a callback in 24 hours. I called back again and spoke to Brooklyn, who was initially polite. She gave me some details and told me to call after 1 PM to find out when the lot would open so I could retrieve my car. However, when I called back, she informed me the lot wouldn’t open until two days later, which was infuriating. When I expressed my frustration, she hung up on me too. Mind you it was the holiday season and I needed my car to prepare for it. After much persistence and research, I finally got the head of the company who told B & M to tow my car and they intervened, and instructed B & M to release my car. Brooklyn called back with an attitude, gave me an address, and the place turned out to be a sketchy, unsigned parking garage. Even the cab driver was hesitant to drop me off due to how unsafe it looked. To make matters worse, when I retrieved my car, a man at the location allowed me to take it, because he had access. Turns out B & M doesn't own the parking garage, regular patrons rent it. Which means anyone had access to my car. Fifteen minutes later, Brooklyn called, accusing me of stealing my own car, even though their process was chaotic, unorganized, and unsafe! The entire experience was a nightmare. B & M Towing has one of the worst customer service teams and an absolutely disorganized system for car retrieval. This company seriously needs to improve its processes and train its staff on basic customer service. I have seen other terrible reviews about them, and I've attached it for you all to see.

Be aware! This place is a scam. They will tow patrons of a business who are legally parked. So far i’ve seen them do this at TD bank at 153 and hillside, Stop N Shop in Flushing and a few other places. Report these crooks to these businesses so they can get trespassed. Watch out for the B&M trucks, they are coming to rob you.
