This shop is the best I’ve EVER used. They obtained quality original new parts for our 2006 Toyota Tundra, and provided excellent workmanship. The tech explained, in detail, all the work that would be done and actually completed it before the estimated time. We received progress reports regularly and never had to call and ask when it would be ready. When we picked up the truck, it had been cleaned inside and out, even the tires were shiny! My husband is so pleased with how good his truck looks, it’s inspired him to fix all the things he’s ignored over the years. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had a recent Mercury claim and the shop was extremely communicative and, per usual, while a shop can’t really determine how long a vehicle will take to repair, the information they provided was thorough and accurate. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be, which was a great attribute of any business. They even drove me to where I was picking up a loaner car after dropping off my vehicle at the shop! Since they work directly with Mercury, it makes the claim process very seamless and I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair shop.

Was side swiped on the freeway. I was referred to take my truck to B&S Hacienda Auto Body . From the time I walked I was treated kindly and professionally. By both Tania and Juan . I was walk through all the steps that would take place in getting my truck back on the road. During the repairs I was updated on status. My truck came out looking like new!! I definitely recommend B&S Hacienda !

I had given my car to BS Hacienda Auto body at Mabury. The experience was really good. It was very seamless. Juan was very upfront about their policies of using only OEM parts. He explained really well what repairs would be needed and why. All of it was done within one week and it was very smooth. I used to ping them for timely updates and they always gave a very detailed answers. Totally recommend them.
