B Street Collision turned my nightmare of an accident into an easy fix. They kept me informed every step of the way with constant communication and when I called they were always there in the office to answer my questions. I'm not the most knowledgeable about repairs and car issues, insurance claims, etc., but walked me through every step. I would recommend B Street for any repairs, minor to a totaled vehicle. Thank you B Street you saved me AGAIN!

i was so amazed when i saw my car the good in hard work b collision puts inn its amazing. b collision kept contact with me threw out the process my car was even repaired before time. i was recommended to b collision and have no regrets i truly recommend b collision with your auto. the staff are friendly understandable and my car came out looking like nothing happen. Thanks b collision for your dedicated work.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I took my car here on 8/25/23 at the recommendation of my insurance carrier. They had the car for 2 months claiming they were having difficulty procuring a part. I spent numerous hours trying to assist them in getting the part. After 2 months of searching I chose to pick up my car. When I picked up the car it was FILTHY inside. Although they lied that the car had been "detailed" and was ready for pickup. Compound was all over the inside of the vehicle. In addition they without justifiable reason, replaced 3 unaffected and functional, glass windows with aftermarket parts although I was very clear that all parts needed to be replaced with OEM parts to protect the cars Certification status. What was equally concerning is none of the windows that were replaced had anything to do with the damage. There was no reason to replace the 3 windows. I believe they damaged the windows in an attempt to repair the vehicle and replaced them with cheap alternatives to lower their expense. Now I am fighting with them to put OEM windows back in my vehicle. The car was a Mercedes certified vehicle when I gave it to B Street Collision. Due to their work, the car was not a certified vehicle when it was returned to me. Not to mention I still need to find an interior molding piece they couldn't find. AND I need to pay to have the interior of the vehicle fully detailed. I also discovered my trunk latch is now inoperable so i will also need to pay to have it repaired. I have contacted the BBB, yhe Attorney General office, and will be seeking legal counsel, regarding the work of this facility. Save yourself time and aggravation. Do not go here. You were warned!

B street, as Tina Turner would say "Is simply the best!" We have never dealt with a more professional, and responsive company that we feel as a customer, truly has our best interest in mind. Our experience has been consistently good with B street and they deliver with a smile and optimism which is nice in todays world! Shout out to Kevin....thanks for all the help!
