B Street Collision of Irvington

Brought my vehicle here for repairs from the December ice storm. They were incredible. First they did a great job with communication and keeping me updated. They answered all my questions, all staff was friendly, and it got done ahead of schedule. As for the repairs - they did amazing work! Looks better than new. Repairs and paint are both immaculate. They also detailed the vehicle before I picked it up. HIGHLY recommend.

I am super happy with the work B Street did to my car! Not only does that look great, but the inside was cleaner than when I left it. I got my car back 5 days sooner than they expected. Great communication all the way through the process. Highly recommend!

Using B Street to repair my car was easy. First, I took my car in to get an estimate and it was quick and easy and we went over everything that would occur with the repairs. I returned on the date and time they provided me for the repairs. I spent just a few minutes with the receptionist going over information. They also had an Enterprise driver there waiting for me ready to take me to get a rental car. They told me the repairs would take probably about 3 weeks. I ended up getting my car back within 10 days and the repairs were amazing. I feel like my car almost looked better then it did before I took it in. When picking up my car they just had me leave the keys for the rental and were going to take the time to return it for me so I didn't need to spend the extra time doing that. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I would 100% use B Street again.

Great experience from the first evaluation to picking the car up when it was done. B Street does impeccable work and they communicated throughout the entire process. There is a lifetime warranty while owning the car.
