I was working with Justin and Trey over the phone during the process. They were awesome. I believe the young lady Madison was also very helpful! I took my car there after multiple accidents after our ice storm in December and they got my car looking like brand new. And 2 weeks earlier than expected. Really appreciate the job that there entire team did! Highly recommend!!

My vehicle was done before the expected date, which was good for us, vehicle had hail damage without any broken out windows. The finish work looked really professional and with no complaints. Got my car repaired here after an accident. Had trouble with insurance, but the staff helped get that sorted. Their work is great, the front half of my car looks like new! I only wish I had the money to have them do the rest. My only suggestion to B Street is that it would have been great if they would have called me a few days before my drop-off appointment and let me know that insurance wasn't getting them the info they needed. Luckily I called ahead to make sure everything was ready for the drop-off so this wasn't a problem.

I had to return the vehicle immediately after I picked it up. The paint job on the repair was not blended into existing paint properly, and there were 3 very noticeable areas of paint contamination (dust/dirt). They admitted that they are having quality control issues. Additionally, the panel fit is not up to Mercedes standards. PIC 1 & 2 are repaired area, PIC 3 & 4 are factory fit on other side of the car.
