My roadside assistance agency used this company to tow my trailer, due to a flat tire, to Walmart. Walmart did not have the tire that I need so he looked up a tractor supply company and said it was about 45 minutes away. I looked across the street and there was one right over there. So I go and get my tire for my trailer. He said he'll help me put it on but would charge me. He didn't say how much until after the fact. He charge me $100. Just to change a tire. That's very steep. I feel like he took advantage of me as I was moving from South Carolina to another state. When I told him that, he threatened to impound my trailer. Now that I made it to my destination, I barely have money to make it to my first paycheck at the end of this month. If that is not bad enough, I checked my bank account today. When he ran my card, he did it for $215 without my knowledge. I did not see the amount when I signed it. When I tried calling him, he would not answer.

Crooks! Watch out buying from these crooks! They'll repo your vehicle if you miss one payment and only had one payment left! They repoed my niece's car on Christmas Day! The payment was due on Friday and 4 days later on Christmas Day they repoed it! It was her last payment too! These crooks will get what's coming to them! It's illegal to not give 40+ days on any financing wether through the bank or owner financing! We're currently looking into other's that have been done wrong by them! If you have, comment here and I'll give you more info on what we're trying to do! It's hard to take people like this down but with enough people, it can be done!

They went way out of their way to accommodate me. I was left stranded on the side of the road. Other companies promised to help but canceled without notification. Backwoods came to my aid even though I was way outside of their service area. He helped me when nobody else would. I am a disabled veteran but he knew nothing about that. He just extended his had to a fellow human. I have read other reviews and I just don't see how they can be of the same business, definitely not the experience I had. Not many are willing to do so much to help someone as they did for me.
