Save yourself the trouble and find a professional shop. They damaged not one but two of my radiator heat exchangers valued at $1,422.27. I initially took them down there for cleaning and small repair for one, but to my surprise he had no knowledge of the type of metal that he was dealing with. When I went to pick them up contact with “Allen” was made. I saw that they were damaged and asked for the info for the owner “Clyde Bagwell” just so we could resolve the problem without any type of conflict. He informed me that he wasn’t allowed to give out the boss info or else he’ll be fired. Needless to say, I have everything on video from the time that initial contact was made regarding my damaged radiator heat exchangers. Due, to the carelessness of this shop my machine has been down for two weeks and I can’t even count the amount of loss wages my business is facing. Please save yourself the hassle and the stress and go to another shop that will at least show that they care when a problem like this arises. I’ve lost $2,758.07 in money out of my own pocket buying parts that I never needed to buy in the first places and lost wages. At this point I am left with no choice but to sue.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. My grandpa took a Massey Ferguson fuel tank to be cleaned and got a very poor cleaning job. Was just as dirty when he dropped it off when he picked it up, 80$ down the drain. Not satisfied in the slightest.

Clyde was a good mechanic. He has a little shop in Simpsonville/fountain inn area but he told me he could replace two hoses in a hour and a half so I dropped my truck off that morning and he said I’ll have it done this evening. He called me around 3 said he had to get a special tool he lost but still will be ready by that evening. So 7 rolls around I don’t hear from him so I drive 40 minutes out there to him and he was closed. No call to notify me or nothing. So I had to call out of work the next day because of that. I thought that was very unprofessional and thought he would cut me a deal for that but he didn’t. Other than that he got it fixed and at a good price.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Very thorough in explaining the problem and the costs! And the costs for the jobs are way lower than anyone else I've priced or used! The mechanic, Al, does great work!

Clyde has forgotten more than most of today's mechanics ever knew. He diagnosed my F 150 door problem over the phone, and had it fixed in half a day. Now we're working on a VW, his field of expertise.
