Usually i dont deal with ignorance, but for you guys I have time today. This was the tow truck company with the older white drivers that tailgated me and drove reckless around my vehichle with my kid in the car. And then proceeded to yell out derogatory racial remarks at me. This was on betteravia in santa maria. Sad that I gave my life of service to this country for 17 years and to be treated like this. I will be reporting this to the BBB and also put in a reprimand for your company for all active service members and VA members to BLACKBALL list your towing company. Remember you started this and now your terms are acceptable. I do not wish ill on you, but I hope you get whatever comes your way.

Never showed up! Waited over 3.5 hours, called them multiple times only to get voicemail. When someone finally answered bwe were told our dispatch had been cancelled. Terrible! We missed our tow to our mechanic and now must loose our vehicle for an entire extra day and incur the cost of a rental car. Not cool at all.

Hilltop Towing is the best in town. They service for AAA and have always been on time, had friendly service, and even dropped me off at my home when my car was taken to the dealership. I was born and raised in Bakersfield and this is the only company I will use. When you have the best, there is no need to look further.

This towing company should be closed for good! My car was towed by this company and when i picked it up it turned out the battery was "dead" and i had to pay extra to get my car to start. SCAM! What a coincidence the high beam headlights were on.

I waited 2 hours for them to finally come out. Once they finally got there it took 20 min for my car to be unlocked due to my annoying slippery buttons lol but Rick was super helpful and wouldn't give on on my car. Thanks rick
