Ive taken my families cars to 5 or 6 different shops across the island, and I am happy to say that I will never go anywhere else. They were incredibly thorough when explaining the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. They let me know what needed to be done now, and what would need to be done in the future so I had the time to put the money aside before it became a bigger problem. While I was waiting there were a handful of customers that came in and every one of the customers are treated like family. Very comfortable, affordable, and transparent. Thank you guys I appreciate you more than you know!

Kerim, the owner is so knowledgeable about his work! I'm so happy I found him. He and his workers do complete, impeccable work. They take such good care of me and my car. I send my friends to Baldwin Auto Service and they are just as happy with their service as I am!

Kerim always does a great job on the cars. My Audi needed both exhaust pipes and catalytic conveter replaced. He gave me a fair price and took the car in as soon as I got there The job was completed in a few short hours.

K always does a great job with the car, he was able to get the part when nobody else could and had me get on the road again. Super knowledgeable and has a nice staff working for him.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!’ Took my car to get repaired only for me to get it back with abs and brake lights on😑. And when I bring it to there attention they claim it’s nothing no big deal. I drive my car days later the brakes completely starts malfunctioning on the highway. I bring it back the next day and they say they will order parts to fix my cars braking problem and will call me back. 1 week later no call. I call him back (oh it’s still coming!!!) nobody ever got back to me🫠. This place is disorganized and not reliable. If you don’t have serious issues then maybe but if you want to feel safe in your car go somewhere else completely unprofessional. Honestly regret paying these people Smh. There’s other places that actually answers the phone when u call.
