My Miata had a tire failure on the highway... called them and they quickly came to my car and picked up the tire, replaced it and returned it to me very quickly. Awesome customer service... couldn't have asked for better. A+++

Called 10 min B4 closing and explained that we were traveling from out of state and needed tires balanced. Serviced our vehicle first thing the next morning. We were on the road before 9am. Great shop with great people! Thank you for being a blessing to our family.Highly recommend.

Quality and speed of service have declined significantly. A couple years ago, they did work for us several times and we were really happy with them. In the last year we had a couple instances of low quality work and decided not to use Barkers anymore. But after an emergency tow and Barkers being the closest, my car is there again. They've had my car for a month. I've been told several variations of "So-and-so has been working on it, but he's not in right now", "I'm literally going get in here in the next 10 minutes and I'll call you later today", "So-and-so was looking at it this morning, but he had a dental emergency and had to leave". This has been going on for weeks and no one has actually been able to tell me what's going on with my car. I've arranged another tow to a service center at a dealership who can actually give me a date and time they will have my car looked at. Do not give these people your time and money.
