Customer service was great. Fast and easy oil change service. The expertise and vast knowledge of staff not only saved me an un necessary charge but paperwork and a huge headache. Highly recommend!

They’re OK and I’m sure they do great work but most shops do alignments for both axles or all four wheels and charge one solid price and they will give you a printout of the wheel alignment with the proper adjustment differences on each tire But according to this shop, their machine is too old to do wheel alignment printouts. The machine is too old, but the price reflects a new machine. with the lack of improper information being distributed to the customer $180 seems a bit to much. I want to know how out of adjustment my wheels were with the printout and I would like to know how out of a factory spec my rear tires are as well without having to pay 180 for the front and 180 for the back. Again I’m sure they do good work but 180 is to much for the service I received. I know we’re in Tough times but other shops in town do both axles with printouts for 50 dollars less.

I had all new tires put on my truck…. and They broke my center cap on my wheel and didn’t even say sorry or offer to pay for it because it was “after market”….. you still broke it so you should have offered something for it. I think they were only $20-$40 on amazon so they could have easily just taken $20 off my bill, that would have been nice. Also my tire pressure sensors (TPS) were bad and they didn’t have any in stock…. What kind of tire shop doesn’t have TPS in stock,? Especially with all new car having them now and my truck is 10 years old. They could have at least offer to have some ordered and I could come back to have them installed but NO just “Oh we don’t have those here”. I was trying to support a local shop but I’m very disappointed and wish I would have gone elsewhere!!

Excellent staff. Very accommodating. We were traveling with travel trailer and car broke down. They let us stay on lot overnight and repaired car the next day. Mike is awesome!

These guys were a life saver! Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness and willingness to help. Me and my husband were traveling back from Lake Havesu with our boat when a tire blew out! Luckily the tire blew first because when my husband went to change the flat tire on the boat trailer he noticed a bigger issue with the 2nd tire! But the bad part of it was that we only had one spare! So we had to 3-wheel it with the trailer all the way to Barstow which was 50 miles. (Took us 2 hours because we had to drive 30 miles an hour). We pulled in and Barstow tires and Brake got us in quickly and got us a brand new set of tires (plus some more quick fixes that they found due to their expertise) and sent us on our journey home which was another 4 hours. Owner was awesome! Great friendly guys! Very honest and reliable. Don’t go anywhere else! Amazing job!
