Amazing experience at Batavia auto service! Was fast and efficient and was kept updated throughout the whole process of what was going on, Daniel is very knowledgeable and took my 2017 ram 1500 from stock to a 6 inch lift with 22 inch wheels and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome I recommend everyone to use Batavia auto service (Pictures for before and after)

I can't say enough positive things about the company and Daniel, in particular. I brought my truck in to have the front and back brakes and rotors done, as I have a 84K miles on the original brakes, and thought I needed to get them done. The quote they gave me was more that fare, so I jumped on it. After Daniel got the tires of he called me to ask me why I was getting them replaced because they didn't need it, said I had at least another year on them. I have never had another garage call me and tell me I didn't need work done that was quoted, and the parts ordered. Daniel is on of the most courteous, and honest technicians I have ever dealt with and I will continue to use them in the future for my repairs. If you haven't given Batavia Auto Service a try, I strongly suggest that you do. Great company and customer service!!!!

they installed a compustar remote start on my truck and let me tell you. If you were considering getting one... DO IT ALREADY! I love my remote start I use it everyday and use it to lock/unlock my truck. Danny at the shop gave me tons of options and price points for different things that I may have wanted and I couldn't have asked for better results. simple and easy to work with. zero hassle with all my questions I had going into it. thanks again I'll be back soon

I have been taking my 2018 KIA Sorento to Daniel for a little over a year now. I have always had top-notch service. After taking it to the dealership for over 5 years and getting "messed with" regarding all the "extras" that need to be done every time I went in for a simple oil change this has been a welcomed experience. Fool me once but not twice Gerald KIA! Unfortunately, I cannot be DONE with Gerald though because it is now burning oil but Daniel is helping me get through the ridiculous process that KIA requires. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions without belittling me. I recommend fully and completely, especially if you are female!
