The BMW is back in top form. She blew a charge pipe to one of the turbos and Alan fixed it but the car was still not running right. I figured out one of the clutches in the Dual clutch transmission had gone out brought it in and they dropped the pan change the fluid reset the software and the 335IS is back to normal. For Foreign Car Service highly recommend Batavia mobile they're efficient, take great care of the car, guarantee their work and are very reasonably priced especially compared to the dealer. Thanks to everyone there for the continued great service over the last few years!

Omg, from a Mercedes to a minivan, this shop can sort out your vehicle and get it done correctly the first time! A national chain alleged that our aging minivan needed $5,000 worth of work, all safety issues. That was alarming, right? We got a second opinion from Stan's Batavia Avenue Mobil and we walked out the door for 105 bucks, simply for a sensor module something something that wasn't attached firmly. And they showed us their code scanning report which did not bring up any of the issues that the national chain did. Always very friendly service. Excellent communication. They are in business to do the right thing. And that is why they are successful and a model of small business ownership.

My daughter’s car needed emergency service and we had the tow truck drop it off at 2am Saturday. I called at 6:30 and spoke with Stanley. I explained the problem to him over the phone, and he assured me that they would take care of the car. A couple hours later, Nick called me and confirmed that the alternator and battery needed to be replaced, gave me a couple of options, and said her car would be ready by around 2. Around 9:45, Nick called back and said the repairs went smoothly, and the car was ready. I’m in South Carolina dealing with damage from Hurricane Helene, so having this late night/early morning issue with my daughter’s car added to my stress level. Stanley was very understanding and reassuring through this. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them for their services.

Everyone in the shop is super helpful from the person answering the phone to the mechanics to the manager. Their work is reasonably priced and reliable I’ve been taking my cars there for many years. This is certainly a shop you can trust.
