The pickup was simple enough. I ordered online and got a confirmation that the order was received, and I would receive another email when complete and ready for pickup. After waiting 2-3 days, I called and was told the battery was there, in-stock, and awaiting pickup. SO, poor service from that standpoint. And then the bothersome emails for a review - I mean come on. I got at least 4 emails asking for a review, and one of them was before I even got the product. Automated systems need improvement.

Screen on my phone busted at 10 am. Had an appointment set for 11:30 and had a perfectly working phone again by 12:30. I have a business to run and unexpected busting my screen could have lost me customers. Thankfully they were able to fix it very quickly for me. The girls I'm the office were professional, friendly and did great work replacing my glass. Highly recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of busting the glass on your phone.

I also have to leave this place an awesome review purchased two batteries for two vehicles and both have lasted going on a year one is having issues and that's because I have a hell device running it down and the other even sat in a vehicle parked for awhile and is still doing great affordable and great customer service

This place was a lifesaver. I came in with my phone severely damaged, I was scared it was beyond repair and I took it here and it’s been working perfectly, it feels brand new and no damage whatsoever! The price was affordable and cheaper than I expected and the service was excellent. Hopefully my phone won’t break like that again, but if it does I know where to go to! 10/10, would recommend.
