Batteries Plus in Grants Pass has lost our business. On September 13, less than 30 days ago, they helped me to replace some small bulbs for our RV. We were on vacation and didn't get the opportunity to try our lights until yesterday and discovered they had sold me the wrong bulbs. When I purchased two bulbs I provided the existing bulb for them to match. They were the wrong bulbs, which were 6volt bulbs instead of 12 volt bulbs. Today I went into the store to exchange them. The person who helped me said they had a 30 day refund policy and when he saw my receipt he changed his story and said the policy was 14 days. It was only for 7.98 but he refused. I left the store with the bulbs and went to Affordable RV where I purchased four correct bulbs for $2. For $7.98 Batteries Plus has lost any future business with me. I have an RV, a Pick-up and 2 other vehicles. I often need batteries. Just a heads up that they have very poor customer service.

My wife and I went into the store on a Saturday to have 2 keyfobs we bought online reprogramed. The young ones were very nice and said he ran into an issue he didn't know and wished to not screw up the fobs, but his boss would be there on Monday and knew way more about it then him. So, fast forward to today, Monday Dec. 16th. We went in explained the situation to the man there, assuming he was the manager. He told us that they were used key fobs, this we knew, and that he prob would not be able to reprogram them because of the used status of the fob, and he could try for $20. He also said one of the fobs had NO BATTERIE. We then said we would go somewhere else that could reprogram them. He then proceeded to say " fine go find someone else, go have fun at The Key Man!" Walking out the door I said "thank you for the excellent customer service" to which he replied " Maybe not be so rude". Excuse me i was not the one being rude. I then bluntly told him to "Piss Off" and left to go to The Key Man. They had o trouble doing it at all, and both fobs had batteries. He lied to us to try and upsell a $5 baterrie!!!! We will not only NEVER going back, but will never again recommend them for anything. In fact, I will now be actively telling everyone to never go here, unless you feel like being insulted, GO TO THE KEY MAN. THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you bring in your phone for a screen repair they automatically accuse you of purposely breaking the screen as if I want to be standing there being talked to like I’m the idiot. The sarcasm is not appreciated either. Do not recommend and I will steer away anyone who asks about Batteries Plus.

The Grants Pass, Oregon store staff was right on it dealing with my truck battery. I typically would do the installation myself, but opted for their services when I ordered the battery on-line. Quick, careful, & courteous all around. I highly recommend them.

Guy there doesn’t even know how to put jumper cables on a car right, not only once but twice. How do you work with battery’s an mess up something like that. Completely destroyed my whole car had to have it towed off, an all they could do/ say is that they can give me a discount the next time I come sad… how about you fix my car you messed up. they could all careless about the whole issue. Horrible customer service. Corporate needs to get rid of everyone in that store an start over.

Bad customer service and when I reported it to the manager she replied with sarcasm and no concern. Also it always smells like bad body odor in there.
