If your dad owned a repair shop specifically for BMWs, this would be the place.

I have a car, a VW Jetta 2014 SportWagon and we had it serviced at Bavarian Auto Haus. My wife was planning to drive across the country to Ohio in that car with our two young kids. My wife took the car to the shop while I was working to make sure everything on it was ready before the trip and get an oil change. Three days after the service (1 day before the long trip) I found, by accident, a pond of motor oil in the garage on the floor. My wife was in town with the vehicle and the car spot was empty so I was able to notice the oil leak and I could not believe it. I called her and asked her to stop driving immediately because the pond of oil was that alarmingly large. Once I got the car back home I looked under it and found that a drain bolt was finger tight. It was Saturday evening and the next day early in the morning our car was driving to Ohio already. I do not have any words for this. I told them about the long trip. There is no excuse. I just imagine how my wife would have driven the car running out of oil if I have not caught it and ended up stranded somewhere with our two young kids. I am incredibly disappointed. I am sorry to write this review for Eric but I think I have to. I believe that just some young mechanic forgot to tighten the bolt but there should be some QA standard kind of a check list before they taking cars down from a car lift.

They seem to be very busy shop. I appreciate them responding and having an appointment relatively quick, I brought my g500 and told them to check everything and fix anything that they find. We haven't driven that car in months, so we definitely needed oil change, steering wheel fluid top off, etc.(this service not brought up and thus was not done). Told them there's definitely a battery problem (they address this) electrical issue with the front seats (they ordered the parts, but they still couldn't fix it), and told them the car sometimes acts up and won't drive even when its on "D", they had my car for a little over two weeks and they said they couldn't find anything wrong related to this issue. Unfortunately, we need to find some place else for our car.

We took our Atlas to the Volkswagen dealership in Santa Maria, to fix a problem of the car shutting off at slow speeds and having to manually restart, they said they duplicated the problem, but could not fix anything because there were no codes showing. I then called Bavarian Auto Haus, and Ben was extremely helpful in researching my problem and concluded what the underlying cause may have been. We took the car to Bavarian Auto Haus, and they pulled out the part, and it didn't seem to look suspect, but, Ben suggested replacing it regardless, as all of the research was pointing to this problem. We had them replace the part, and the car is finally fixed and no longer showing that problem. The people who work at Bavarian Auto Haus were very professional, and dedicated to solving the problem with our car.
