Service area was under construction, but their plan in place worked great. Nice waiting area with coffee and comfortable chairs. Their online scheduling was easy to use and super convenient. Our vehicle was there for its service, but they did not vacuum the front floors or clean the windshield, which is an industry standard

Baxter Toyota doesn't waste your time with mark ups or dealer fees. It also has great people to help you like Jake and Kass, both great people that were able to help us pick out a great car.

In my last service with them, they had damaged my front bumper and since there were minor scratches on my bumper already they refused to pay for the replacement of my bumper and they are only going to pay for half. That was shocking and totally unexpected from Baxter as I have been a regular customer with them for the last 4 years and I think it is time to find another service shop as I don't feel like trusting them with my car anymore.

They're under construction and finding the parts department was kind of confusing. I went in to ask for help and Peyton was super hospitable and walked me to the parts department himself. The customer service at the parts counter was superb as well. Great customer service all around. 😊
