What a great team at Bay Cities Auto Body! Brian was in constant contact with me regarding my vehicle repair, giving me updates and explaining the repair process. The car was ready ahead of schedule, despite the extra day of quality control that Brian took the time to initiate and personally manage. Isabel offered exceptional customer service, and was very receptive to my situation and needs. The car was ready early and the repair work was excellent. Great experience overall. Carlos and the team handled our claim quickly and efficiently and even addressed some additional issues with the vehicle while it was in their care. They were great in communicating updates each day on the repair progress as well as helpful text updates as well. They even went above and beyond and did a full interior detail as well as car wash. Exceptional work and highly recommend!

I had dropped off my car last November 20, 2024 and always trust them for any repairs for my cars (the mustang before) but unfortunately this time around they disappoint me! I drove with Uber to go to my workplace and thats okay since i don’t have any rides to take(my wife and kids are also working). Hoping that it will be fixed on December 4, 2024. But unluckily they were not able to do it on the 4th of December 2024! I’ve waited that day since i have my doctors appointment . Ruben promised to call me early in the morning on 5th for the updates but with no luck! Waiting until noon since i have postponed my doctors appointment at 1pm. Again nothing! Come around 2:30 that he called back for the update on 3pm and 4pm and nothing! Until i called triple A to help me called the auto body shop. It was 4:40 when they called and that it will be ready around 5:15 or 5:30! I was there on 5pm and that they were still cleaning/washing it! They were actually done at 5:40 what a disappointment on me and shame on them!!!! I will say that this time they failed!!!

I am a repeat customer. Been here before when I was rear ended and was happy with the work and service! So this time when my brand new Honda was hit and the person took off, I came here for help. The front office girl was kind and had one of the guys look at the damages with me. I was told if I had time to wait they would buff it out to see what would come off because he didn’t think it looked too bad. Fortunately, they buffed out the hit. They even washed it for me! I tried to tip them but they wouldn’t accept it. They were just happy to help. I am so grateful for their kindness and their knowledge. True professionals. This is a South Bay gem. I hope I never have to use their services but it’s good to know there is a place you can trust around here. THANKS BAY CITIES!
