Be prepared to be taken advantage of if you don’t know cars going here. Had to look at a friends vehicle that had been worked on by this repair shop. It’s had two batteries replaced within a year costing $400 each time. Everyone knows interstate batteries carry a two year free replacement. There was no hold down on the battery so it was sliding everywhere and the car owner was not informed. The positive battery cable terminal was corroded in two at the bottom and the top ring had never been cleaned at all. I would not trust this shop to work on anything because rather than honor a warranty they will take advantage and make you pay full price both times. And for a literally 30 minute job to do it right they will charge you two hours.

Friendly but that’s about the only good thing. I took my car in around 10am ish as the guy on the phone didn’t give me a time just a date. On the same phone call he said they’d probably get the quote and exhaust work done in same day. I said multiple times I wanted a resonator back straight pipe. He then quoted for a middle muffler delete. When I got there I dropped it off, was given no info on when my quote would be done or when it’d get put in the shop. About 40 mins after dropping it off he calls and says I need a pipe with a resonator, but thing is, I wanted a straight pipe and I even saw the lady at the counter write that down on my paper so he knew that going in and still tried to get me to wait 4 days for a pipe I didn’t need. I say that it’s just a straight pipe and he said he’d call back in a bit to see what needs done (this is at about 11ish). At 3:30pm I get a call (at this point I figured he just went ahead and started and forgot to call, so I figured this was them being done) the guy says the quote is $710.12 and they can get it done tomorrow. So I’ll break it down parts were about $220 and labor was a ridiculous $455. He on the phone said it should take about an hour of labor. As it should it’s a straight pipe with 2 bends. This quote I assume is for 3-4 hours of labor. Not to mention he waited 4 hours to tell me this, wasting my day away. I said no I’ll hold off. At most this job would be 450$ and that’s high end. There was no valid reason for a near $500 labor fee or for me to have to wait 4 hours to hear my overpriced quote. I will be absolutely going somewhere else that actually pays attention to my request (ie. not telling me I need a resonator when I asked for straight pipe) and that’s not overpriced. Have fun with this, I’ve looked at other reviews and seen that you’ve overcharged many other people for short labored services. Ps: I had all of the bends in my trunk and had told them about this. I also had an exhaust tip in my seat and told the lady, the guy asked on the phone if I had a tip, is he just blind or what. It’s chrome you couldn’t miss it if you tried.

My first time going to this shop was great. Friendly people and reasonable prices. They even took it upon themselves to patch my key up that had broken in half before I brought my car in. So I just wanted to say thank you and that I'd definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a solid car repair shop!

Ever since moved to this side of town I have used Beany's for any service repair that couldn't be managed at home. The have always been very kind and informative and make sure you approve the repairs before making them. They're honest with your vehicles condition and have reasonable prices considering their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Beany's for your car repairs especially if you live close by.

This shop is over the top wonderful, if I could buy stock in this place I would buy as much as possible. Great folls,honest and above board.been a happy customer since the early 1980's.
