Bear Alignment and Brake

Bear Alignment and brake is amazing! They do such a good job for a pretty solid price. They have been able to fit me in very fast every time! I have went to them for my brakes, rotors, and oil change. They are so friendly and kind. Definitely always coming back!

America's Tire referred me to Bear after they accidentally cracked my wheel stud, and I'm so grateful. The service is amazing and fast. Every interaction, I felt like I was being treated and spoken to like a good friend. After an accident, my Honda CR-V had a bent rim, would shake at 38 and 70, pulled to the right, and was increasingly unstable during turns. Did tires, balancing, alignments, with no fix, so I began dreading it could be control arms, tie rods/joints, or god forbid, the axle or frame. I asked Bear to look at my suspension while they fixed the cracked stud. They found the lower control arms/bushings and ball joints to be so bad, it was a safety issue. Unfortunately, the work was a bit too expensive to afford that day, and I figured I could borrow a car and afford it by next paycheck. But Adam found a way to bring the cost down a little and offered a 90 day same as cash option through a third party. So it gave me that time while still being able to fix my car so I could get to work and not hurt myself, or worse, another driver on the road. Thank you so much, Adam, and everyone at Bear Alignment. This people are AWESOME! Second time I’ve brought my cars to Bear Alignment and Brake. Twice they have given me quick appointments and taken care of my cars on time and as promised. It’s hard to find a mechanic to trust these days or a shop to fix your car on time. But Adam, Emily and their team are the people I trust and recommend to my friends and family. Took my car to a tire shop for a rotation and told them it had been vibrating at higher speeds . Asked them to check tire balance. They did and suggested putting it up on the rack for an inspection of suspension. The technician told me I had some worn out parts and recommended Bear Alignment & Brake. Made an appointment the next morning and met with Adam who was great through the whole process. He called to let me know what was needed and his team had my car finished the same day a hour sooner then expected. Price was great and my 17 year old car drives like it’s new. If you take your vehicle here you won’t be disappointed. I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends.
