This service department is terrible! My husband dropped his car off to have some electrical problems and a recall fixed. They kept the car for three days with no updates. My husband called daily to check on his car and they admitted the first day, the day the appointment was scheduled, they “never had a chance to look at it” because they’re a “full auto shop with many customers”. I called the end of the third day asking when the car would be done as this is an inconvenience to our family to be down one car. John in the service department tried to blame my husband saying he never scheduled an appointment and are very busy with other customers that did make an appointment. I told him we had two texts and an email with a confirmation number confirming the appointment time. He apologized and offered to have the car ready by the next morning and I said that would be great. My husband picked up his car this morning and they gave it back to him with a cracked windshield. They never notified us they cracked the windshield, even when my husband picked it up. They handed him the keys and left. When my husband went back inside about the cracked windshield they said we need to go through our insurance to fix it and “there was a hail storm a few days ago”. The windshield was not cracked when we dropped it off and they’re refusing to pay for it or replace it. The customer service provided by John and the service department as a whole was awful. We will not be returning.

Terrible!!! I spent 4600$ on repairs to drive off the lot with what was supposed to have been fixed. Turned around called and they told me to bring it back in. Fast forward brought it back in only to find out now it's another 900$ for what could have been fixed in the first place!! Told me window motor was out plus regulator and it would cost about 1100$ so I took it elsewhere and was told I only needed a regulator, motor was fine and spent only 200$ could you imagine if I didn't take it some where else for a second opinion?? Definitely a rip off spend your money elsewhere and definitely seek a second opinion when getting quotes from them as they say anything to get money out of you! Never again!!

This is very specifically a review of the service department. My experience with sales has been great. I have had a few encounters with service and every single one is negative. The first time I went to get an oil change I followed the date on the service tag. I scheduled it, went in. And they said, "We don't do it by date, we do it by mileage." So they wasted my time by 1. Putting a date on the service tag that means nothing. And 2. Not verifying the mileage knowing that they put bad information on the tag. That was experience 1. Experience 2 is that I had a recall. They scheduled the recall. Then I get there and then they say they don't have the solution for the recall and I need to schedule it again at a different time. Experience 3. They told me my oil change was due at 15000 miles on the service tag. On my car they reset it to be about 14182 miles... Weird and incompetent. I get there and they said, " Your oil change was due at 12000 miles, it's in your contract, you should have known... It's not our fault we're incompetent and lied to you. You should do our job better than us." I'm paraphrasing of course. So they wouldn't honor the oil change, said I had to pay for it, yet they said that I paid for it in the contract. So did they do the oil change? No. In their defense, I've never had a good service experience with any dealership. So... At least they're not worse?

When my car was on the Recall List...they refused to fix it...which I had ( still have). The letter stated that they needed to REPLACE the ENGINE at no cost to me. They thought of every little thing to do...but the Engine. I wound up giving it back. I feel sorry for the next owner, because there going to have problems. BEAWARE BEARDMORE.
