I dropped my truck off at 8 am for a tire rotation, never heard from them all day, tires never got rotated in a full work day! Mark the assistant manager is only concerned about selling tires and has very poor customer service skills. Have purchased many sets of tires from this location and THANKS TO MARK, I will never be back!!

These guys checked out some engine lights for me. Found a couple of faults. They informed me there was a bulletin out on one so have it fixed by the Manufacturer. They could have recommended to me to have them fix it. Straight shooters. They also replaced a valve stem at no charge. I recommend the Jackson Michigan store.

I came here and got my tires changed and an alignment done. I had to come back later that day after I got my car back because it was wobbly and driving with a lot of vibration. So then I take it back in, they tell me they let a training person balance the tires so it was unbalanced and then I had to take it back in again for a 3rd time because It was completely misaligned and all 4 tires were still unbalanced but supposedly they did an alignment the first time. Manager Eric was acting like I was being unreasonable for being upset coming in 3 different times because they didn't do what they said first 2 times. And supposedly on my 3rd trip in they tell me I have a bent wheel which I didn't before and they failed to report my first 2 time there. So I paid for work that they didn't do the first 2 times and they bent my wheel and will not make it right. Highly suggest going somewhere else if you're able to because apparently they have no communication between the technicians and I don't think they really know what they're doing there. I was offered no kind of discount. Terrible customer service.

Had a great experience! Sumar (aka Sam) took care of everything for my wife, son and I when our wheel cracked due to Michigan highways. Then just our luck, he finishes our first car extremely quickly when our second vehicle fell victim to Michigan winter as well. Again, Sumar got the vechile right in for repairs! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Called and got a same day appointment on a Wednesday morning. Everything was completed within the time stated if not early. There is a screen in the lobby that provides current status of your vehicle. Thank you for the professional service.
