Belle Tire

I was bothered to hear about my mother's negative experience with this New Hudson location. We've gone with Discount Tire for years with no issues (they are literally down the street) and only decided to get new tires here because she had a gift card. After getting them ordered for her Equinox, she waited over an hour without her car getting worked on. Come to find out, they suddenly realized that they ordered the wrong tires, and needed to reschedule at a later date (two days she was told). They offered a free alignment for the inconvenience. To be honest, they should have taken accountability for their mistake and double-checked first before ultimately wasting my mother's time. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. When she came back two days later, the associate said that they scheduled the appointment the week after (which is clearly not what we were told), then showcased poor attitude after being corrected by my mother, claiming that she showed up over a half hour late anyway. The tires had already arrived by this point, so there was no excuse to push back the appointment further than it needed to be. It just goes to show that their staff were lazy, disrespectful and didn't feel like correcting (or refusing to admit) their mistakes. Needless to say, we will immediately go back to Discount Tire because at least they know how to properly take care of the customer. I really hope Belle Tire's management understands that letting their associates reveal poor attitudes in front of customers is an easy way to lose them.

I bought my tires at Belle Tire about a year ago. The TPMS light turned on recently on my dashboard, in spite of my tire pressure being in spec. I used their website to make a 2pm appointment to have it looked at. I arrived on time and was informed "we don't do service appointments on our website but we'll try to fit you in by 5pm." Then why did your website let me make an appointment? And why three hours? Can I take my car for an hour and return? "No." Can I get a ride across the street to Lowes? "No, we don't offer ride service." I walked through the cold wind across a major road to kill time at Lowes. They called me an hour later and told me one of my TPMS sensors was bad. They asked if I want all four replaced ($85 for one, or $200 for four). With the mediocre service I'd received so far, I was thinking they probably didn't know which one was bad. I decided to get all four replaced. The staff was cordial throughout the interaction, but it would have been nice if they were more accommodating. Bottomline: if you need an appointment, call the store. Don't trust their website.

Been going to bell tire for years. Last year my tires were $800. This year same tire $1000. But I bought them on black Friday for the mystery savings. Yeah right I get a $65.00 gift card. Time to find a new tire shop. I put 30k miles a year on my van. Pathetic

Just wanted to say how amazing my experience was yesterday. Mindy helped me the whole way, she was super nice and it made me so happy to see there still are good people in the world. It’s been a really really hard year for me so her going above and beyond was so appreciated. Thank you again Mindy!

My wife calls up there to make an appointment and is met with a dismissive and annoyed attitude simply because she is making an appointment. It sucks because when I come in, I never have an issue, but when my wife calls she is met with a nasty attitude. We will be taking our business to a different shop that knows not to take personal matters out on customers. Sicking.
