This Belle Tire consistently outperforms its surrounding locations by being honest and flexible. They are always willing to help - whether that means filling tires, answering a slew of questions about “that weird noise,” or even just providing quotes & options. Many times, mechanics are tasked with delivering some not-so-great news (and some not-so-awesome numbers). Despite this, Bruce and his staff are unfailingly gracious and incredibly accommodating. I always leave the White Lake Belle Tire knowing that my patronage is valued and that I am respected. I look forward to my next visit!! :-)

The people at Belle Tire in White Lake on Highland treat you just like family. They really take care of your vehicle as if it were their own vehicle. Everything is explained before any work is done. You know the price right up front. I purchased 4-Michelin Defender 2 tires 235-65R18 and they really ride nice and are very comfortable and quite. I was able to get a very good deal online before I even went to the store location. The tires were also in stock and no wait time. Thanks everyone at Belle Tire for once again taking good care of my vehicle and my family. You are appreciated.

My experience with this location was excellent. Unfortunately my 2013 Journey was equipped with the factory two piece junk lug nuts. I battled myself with trying to remove them. The mechanics there handled the situation professionally and with the customer in mind. There was an added cost that in my opinion was extremely fair. Thanks for the great service.

Great staff! Mel was a pleasure to do business with. I walked in intending I y have to buy 4 new tires but asked if my one flat could be checked for repair. The also did me a favor to check the rotar and dust cover for damage because the tow truck driver who came to put my donut on dropped my car. Good news no damage, tire was able to be patched & Mel made sure I was taken care of to the point of not charging me. Mel & Belle tire made my last couple of crappy days so much better! We'll definitely be back! Thank you Mel!

Long time customer, multiple cars in my life, verbal recommendations re D.T. Winter is here, 2x's I have stopped by this location to fill my tires to the needed psi. Both x's the pump did not work. I get it, have free air is a privilege, and greatly appreciated, not an un-noticed benefit. My issue is.....both times I pulled up directly next to another car getting their tires pumped by a technician. My assumption is, the pump is broken, hence, the need for a tech to use the inside compressor. True that! The tech completely ignored I was there (yes, it was obvious I was there for air), gathered the hose, went inside and closed the door. OK???? Next x, same thing. Those x I actually got out of my car as he repeated the same behavior after he pumped the tires of a car nxt to me and I said, "excuse me, may I please get air? I would be glad to do it in order.to not burden you". He pointed to thenroken/frozen compressor and said "go ahead". Dah, mine & another car tried to use it. It kept giving us an "error" message. I went inside to ask about it and the answer was " yes, the lines are frozen, it is not working". Obviously the tech knew that, why did he direct me to use it and why was he not providing customer service when he had the hose rt in his hands? It's not like they were even busy, no cars in the stalls. People, you have choices....1 franchise building doesn't mean you need to cancel all of them from the same brand. Vista other locations. This particular location has lost my business, bummer!,they are closer.
