Belle Tire

Went here for a tire that has been leaking air. They fixed it for me at no charge and explained the problem to me. Great front staff (Tim and Dan) and great experience overall! I will definitely be back for all my car service needs.

Needed a wheel alignment for my jeep. I went to Mavis and they told me they never seen this type of suspension before so I came to Belle tire and was happy I did. Price was affordable.Service was great and they did a wonderful job on my jeep. Very professional and knowledgeable. Tech Mikey was an honest dude and I will come back and ask for him again. I’m satisfied on the service they provided. Great job

I've never been to a Belle Tire store prior to my visit on 01/22/2025...no order history, no relationship with anyone working at store...in other words a complete stranger to them. I had a tire that was continuously leaking to the point where I had to visit the store for their free air pump (back of their store) twice a day. It got to the point the tire needed to be fixed or replaced and visited on my lunch break. Not only did they explain what the issue was, they fixed my tire FOR NO CHARGE. I rarely experience customer service like this...truly exceptional. The employees behind the counter were all very professional and courteous. This is a reflection on the company and the training provided...they've earned my business by providing great service.

First time using Belle Tire. Originally from the south where I’ve paid anywhere from $100-200 for a car battery replacement. This cost me $340 for the battery & $60 for labor. Felt overpriced, but I needed the battery so I obviously paid it & had the work done. The man at the front told me it wouldn’t be too long of a wait but it ended up taking 2.5 hours with the “promised time” getting pushed back 2x.

I had issues with my payment on Belle Tire's website. Mike at Westmont's Belle Tire was diligent in following up to make sure I was properly refunded the duplicate payment. He could have easily just let me handle it with corporate customer service, but he made sure everything was taken care of for me. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

Manager Tim was great today explaining pricing for 1 vs 2 tires and showing me the different prices for the cheapest to most expensive. Waiting area super comfortable clean with a tv. Done very fast and price was better than the competition? And he let me know they also do repairs with more than 1 ase certified mechanic
