Belle Tire

My business has been using belle tire for years for all our truck and trailer tires thanks to gentleman at the front counter named Brian. Dude is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and quick individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I sincerely hope upper management realizes that an employee like that is few and far between. Thank you!!

Terrible! Three hours waiting for a valve stem replacement that should have been done when the tire was replaced three weeks ago. Not a tire pressure sensor stem, just a rubber stem. When I asked about why the valve stem was not replaced, the answer was, “they are supposed to, but that doesn’t always happen!”. No apology about having to come back, or having to wait because I didn’t have an appointment. Was I somehow supposed to know I was going to have a flat tire? So many issues with this place, from the way they talked about customers after they walked out the door, to the expired technician certification and state tax certificate. Clearly poor management. I see by the reviews this is a common occurrence, and corporate is aware, but chooses to not make any changes. Too bad Belle Tire, I maintain a fleet of vehicles, and I will not set foot in your store again. ETA: Belle Tire replied to my review. I followed the directions for contacting them through the website. Crickets. Again reinforcing the fact that they know there is an issue, and choose not to take action about it.

While my new tires look good, I had a really disappointing experience at this Belle Tire Location. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the customer service was lackluster. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed disinterested to take me as their next customer. I wasn’t given any clear updates on the status of my car throughout the day, and when I finally received my text that the vehicle was done, I returned and walked in to a lobby with no staff, just waiting customers on the chairs. After someone appeared out of the staff room, I was greeted with a “how can I help you” and while I responded …the employee searched for the work ticket, printed my recipe, handed me the keys and off I went. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal, what if I wasn’t the person that was suppose to pick up the vehicle or what if I wanted wanted assurance that the tires were put on correctly, basically a quick rundown of the list of things Belle Tire preformed on my vehicle. I won't be coming back here, and I would not recommend this Belle Tire Location if you're looking for customer-focused service.

I called twice for an appointment. The first guy didn’t take my name or number. The second guy did but mentioned they didn’t do alignments. When I got there they said I didn’t have an appointment as well as they wanted 700$ without labor, warranty’s for cheap tires and wanted me to go down the road for an alignment. Safe to say I left.

I was having issues with my vehicle and it was towed to Belle Tire. Thought it was a battery and starter issue. Was quoted almost 800 to have it fixed. Brian said it was something else and didn't charge me a penny for the time he spent on my vehicle. Very honest person that didn't take advantage of the situation. Thank you.
