Belle Tire

I got my tires done about a week ago. Christopher and another guy (cant remember name) were great. Helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I called a week later because I had Nitro inflated tires prior to work and I wanted to check if they filled them back with the same. The guy I spoke to explained they do not use nitro, I said that was disappointing because I was never told that when I bought them. He got very dismissive and got an attitude about it. Almost annoyed that I questioned that. I am the customer, I can question the work that was done. He could have easily kept the attitude and explained with a "I apologize about all of that, we will make sure to do better". That would have been fine. But the attitude is what threw me, especially after I had such a great experience to start with. Now I have to pay to get the tires inflated again. I will be sure not to use this location going forward.

Have always gone to discount tires. An ad came up on my phone for this new tire company in Aurora, thought we'd give it a try. Was greeted by Mike at the door, he was very knowledgeable about tires and explained all the services that are available. Went with four Michelin tires that he recommended, shopped around and they have the best price in town. Belle Tire is not lying when they say, Best Price Period. Very clean customer waiting area and clean shop. Saturday morning I had us in and out with an alignment check in less than an hour. Thanks Mike drove the car home and it feels like it's floating Nice to have new tires. Will recommend family and friends

I did a walk in for my Audi oil change late in the evening like 7 PM and they it accommodate me and did a good job. The assistant manager AJ was excellent in his service. First he was able to squeeze me in the appointment even though their technicians are busy. Second the filter was not available and he managed to call the vendor to get one. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

Aby Gary store 168 manager in Aurora Ill was a pleasure to work with. She assisted in tire selection and approved a Michelin rebate for me applying to my order working through timing issues. I was very appreciative of her professionalism finding a way to say “Yes” to rebate. WuLity Work was done on time. 5 star service for sure. I highly reccomend Belle Tire and definitely the Aurora Ill store. Well done. 😎

Rob is the man! He was super helpful to me as a customer while being very friendly and professional. The store kept in touch with me about my vehicle as I was off location, and their prices were fair. My only hangup is in regards to the website not easily displaying information regarding an online order, but that is no fault of the store at all, I'm sure. *EDIT* A couple of weeks after I got my new tires put on, I started working on my brakes and noticed something that deeply bothered me. My locking lug nuts on all of my wheels were broken off and the shop failed to inform me of their mistake. They did call me and ask where in the truck my key was to remove these locks, so I know it wasn't for lack of hardware. The locks themselves aren't too expensive but as a customer who spent no small amount of money here I am seriously troubled about what else they may be hiding from their customers. The right thing to do would be to own up to it and offer to compensate me for some new ones, that would have been no issue at all. But now there is a broken trust with this brand and I am hard-pressed to say that I'd like to come back for future services. **FINAL EDIT** I called the store and spoke with (I think) Anna, who showed great customer service and care when I began to detail my complaint. She ordered a new set of wheel locks that was ready for me to pick up the next day, and (I think) Adrian(?) was able to assist me further by having someone switch my old set for the new ones right then and there. I'm very happy with how my issue was resolved and this store has done more than enough to keep me as a customer. Sorry if I got any names wrong, but please know I am very appreciative.
