Belle Tire

I would avoid this place at all costs. Went in with a slow leak in a tire and was told my tires need replacing. Told them I would take it to where I bought my tires since they were under warranty. Had some other stuff done and asked them if they put air in my tires since they couldn’t find the leak. They said they put air in all tires which I thought was odd because I know the others were all at proper psi. I was told “just drive around and the message would go away” I knew that was wrong and you have to manually calibrate TPMS in the infotainment but figured I could do that and believed they had put air in. Come to find when I got the low pressure message again they hadn’t actually filled my tire with air as when I went to fill it, it was much lower than normal. So they lied about that. When I checked for my tire lock I noticed they had stolen the pouch it comes in as only the lock was in my glove box even though I left it on the center council IN THE POUCH when I dropped it off. I was on the express way with a very low psi tire which is extremely dangerous having believed they had put air in the tire. These people put my life at risk. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Took my vehicle in after taking it to another “big chain” tire shop who stated they had fixed the leak in my tire. The leak was not fixed but bell tire instead of trying to sell me on tires I didn’t need (even tho I fully expected I would have to get new tires) was able to fix the tire correctly saving me time and money. The employees here are fantastic and I can say with confidence this will be the only place I take my vehicles in the future.

Excellent. Took my vehicle in quickly, diagnosed immediately and called me with a fair price. Hector was great, explained things clearly and answered all my questions. Pricing felt super fair as well. Felt like I was at a family owned shop, as opposed to a national chain. Huge credit to them, my vehicle won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

One of the worst places I ever seen, they lie too you. They just take your money, they sit and play games and half ass. When you get work done by them and they mess up the order then they don’t do anything but try to call the police simply because your expressing your concern about there work. The better business is going to be connected about this issue. Please do your research before coming here.

On February 17, 2025 I went to Belle Tire in Naperville to exchange the battery. The doors and radio worked perfectly but after Belle Tire changed the battery the doors and radio stopped working. I asked them to fix the problem! They told me that they didn’t do nothing wrong and after they checked the vehicle the excuse was that my vehicle was old. I asked for the owner and the man who reviewed my vehicle after my complaint told me that he is the owner, he told me that his name is William Sheppard Yesterday I went to an auto repair and I made and appointment for today. The diagnosis was that the battery terminal was loose on the wire going to fuse box shorter fuses to radio and acc. The people in the auto repair spent less than one hour fixing the problem caused from Belle Tire. I paid $50, and I spent my time fixing a problem created by Belle Tire. On February 17, Mr Sheppard told me that he would not argue with me ! At this point I don’t want to argue with him! I want my money back, the money that I spent to fix the problem that Belle Tire caused. Perhaps Belle Tire headquarters can help me. Update: Yesterday February 19 I sent a message to Belle Tire Headquarters, also I wrote this review. Today, February 20 Mr Sheppard called me and assumed responsibility for the problem caused. I am satisfied with his response, I hope I receive the reimbursement soon. I changed this review from 1 stars to 3 stars.
