Belle Tire

I get all my maintenance done at Belle tire not just tires. I keep going back, they do a great job. Before winter, I wanted more aggressive tires for my truck, he suggested BF Goodrich all-Terrain. Very pleased with this choice, these tires are great in the snow and ride nicely on the highway.

When our brand-new minivan got a flat, we brought it to Belle Tire to have the tire replaced. While in their care, the vehicle was damaged. Someone either backed our car into something, or someone hit it. However, because the car was backed into the parking space, we find it hard to believe that someone could have hit it. They claim not to have any security footage showing what happened, which I find incredibly difficult to believe. The way they have handled this has been awful. They promised to call me and did not; when I called them the manager I spoke to was rude. They demanded we get two estimates, even though we stated we would only have our car repaired at the dealership. (They did eventually agree to having the dealership handle the repairs.) While they are covering the cost of the repairs they are refusing to take responsibility for the diminished value of the vehicle, because they won't take responsibility for the damage. I can't believe I trusted this company with my brand-new car. Never again! Avoid this place.

Eric and the Belle Tire team in Plymouth did a great job! Eric asked me good questions and was able to answer my questions directly and quickly to help me get a new set of tires for my 2019 Ram. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. They checked my alignment for free as well. I would recommend this Belle Tire and Eric to all my friends and family.

Unfortunately not great service. Brought my car in at 9am for the earliest appointment. Was informed that the tire they ordered wasn’t ready and I would have to come back later to pick up. At 1pm, I got a notification that my car was being looked at through my Volkswagen app. At 3:30pm, I got a call asking which tire was damaged. This is after bringing in a tire for a 3 inch tear in the sidewall of the tire, a VERY obvious tear. Then at 4:30pm, I was informed it was ready and they close at 5pm. While I understand places get busy, this place has zero clue how to communicate. Would never recommend this place for the attitude I was unfortunately given over the phone pre-appointment about scheduling too. Don’t go here!
