Do not go to this location. I picked up a nail in my tire and the tire was flat. Spoke with Kyle the "assistant manager" and was told that the wear on my tire was only 4/32 and he was only able to sell me new tires not fix the tire. His only goal was to sell me a new set of tires. My vehicle was just at the dealership last week for an oil change and BMW indicated the tires were great and not in need of change. I went next door to Firestone and they had in fixed in 30 minutes and told me that the tire was in good condition. I have used Belle tire for many years on lots of vehicles and this is the first time I have had an experience like this.

Awesome experience yesterday. Came in for a suspected slow leak in my tire, they squeezed me in and had me all patched up and ready to go within an hour. Great customer service and communication throughout, love Belle Tire!

We took our car to the Carpenter rd location with an old unresolved issue with a different location and they were all very helpful and had good customer experience. Josh specifically was very thorough in addressing the issue and was very patient with us as I’m not very familiar with car parts but that’s what you go to the mechanic for right? Very excited that this branch has an excellent engine mechanic now. Will always be our go to.

We brought our car their for new tires last week - we spent $1200 for the four tires. They told us the lower control arm was bent. We brought it up to Subaru of Ann Arbor and they told us the damage was done by a tow hook. We recently had the car towed, so we wanted to put in a claim with the tow company to cover the cost of the repairs. The estimate was $300 more at Subaru, so we decided to take it back to Belle Tire. When we got there to drop it off, we asked if they could take some pictures of the damage because the claim with the tow company requires photos. They refused and told us we need to take our own pictures. We don’t have access to a lift to lift our car up to take pictures of this part that is underneath the car. So, we walked out and said we would go somewhere else. They chose to loose a $600 job over taking a couple pictures so that we could file a claim with the tow company. How crappy is that! I can’t imagine anywhere else refusing to take a couple pictures of some damage so a customer could file a claim to have the damage fixed. So, we are paying $900 to take it up to Subaru of Ann Arbor, who said they would take pictures of the damage for us so we could submit the claim and get this damage covered. We will never return to this Belle Tire again after this experience. Nice job loosing a customer over refusing to take a couple pictures to help us file a claim for the damage. Stupidity at its finest.

Do not go here unless you are with someone or speak to someone else’s after getting a quote because they like to take advantage of certain people. I thought that this location was pretty nice and had nice people however I felt like I was taken advantage of and not only that but disrespected at the same time. I went in to get my breaks done on a 2020 jeep compass that only has 48k miles. Josh gave me a pretty hefty bill of OTHER things also charging me for wheel alignment and protection that I already paid for and have saying they don’t look to see if you had it prior so just double charging people for the same thing because of negligence and lack of due diligence. He was charging me for so many things that I felt OBLIGATED called other mechanics recommended by others that trust them and got recommendations and advice. Josh said the reason why he’s charging me so much is because their brand name and they use high quality parts even though everyone can get the same parts they do but said everyone else will use cheap stuff. He heard me on the phone talking and mentioned that if I brought my car back to the dealership (where I usually go) that they aren’t going to pay for my parts although he doesn’t know what type of warranty nor does he even know what was said on the other end of the phone just talking just to talk. He offered unwarranted advice which to me was just tacky because I’ve never heard that dealership talk down on them. When asking to see the parts of my car he was annoyed and took a while. When showing me my breaks and rotors one was not so bad as the other but he mentioned that they must be changed in pairs . I wasn’t expecting such a high bill of $2000 for going in just for breaks. I had only the front done and had to pay $528.13. I used two different payment accounts. When my card didn’t go through from fraud Josh assumed I couldn’t afford it and thought he would try to make me feel that way because he was upset. I’m happy to have politely gotten him together that Unlike his bank that he felt he needed to point out, my bank doesn’t wait until I go out of town to alert me of Fraud. That’s the best thing about Huntington, they pay attention to our spending. He wrote a large note I’m assuming on my profile while I was talking to the other mechanics as well not sure what that says. But I will not go back here. And if I do need to I would use a different location but from the looks of the comments, this happens frequently.
