Horrible. My son warned me last year that they did not patch or Rotate his tires even though he received paperwork saying that they did. So, when it came time for my tire rotation, I marked tires with whiteout to see if they rotated them. They did not. I corrected them before I even left the parking lot. No apologies, no response from them even after I told them that my son had this happen just several months ago. Additionally they tried to get me to do an alignment on my car. (I just had it done 4 months ago and the car drives straight.). Do not trust Hartland bell tire. They are dishonest. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable place.

I needed air in my tire this morning as my pressure indicator light came on and I was st 27lbs. I stopped here to put air in my tire and it was just letting air out. A young man came out and I asked if he could help me and was told well not really, and the one in the back is broke, which is the one I was trying to use. There was nothing posted on it that it was even broke and he was not going to help me. Terrible customer service! You just send someone on their way with now 22lbs of air in their tire because of your broken equipment. I will never go here again.

Bought new tires online. Schedule an appointment for a couple days later for the installation. I called an hour before they closed to ask if my vehicle was ready. They said it wasn't but would be before they closed and that they would call me. No one ever called me and they ended up not completed the service I had a scheduled appointment for the same day. The experience left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. What is the point of scheduling an appointment for tire installation if they can't complete the service at the scheduled time? And then to not call me to let me know it would not be complete is terrible customer service.

I keep trying this location in Hartland and never learn my lesson. These are the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with. They’ll cut you off when speaking because they think they know best (which most of them don’t they just like to hear themselves talk). One salesman says you bought a decent tire the next guy says they’re junk. They put on 2 new tires 5,000 miles ago but won’t rotate them cause the weather is bad and the new tires must go on the rear. These guys don’t know what they’re doing or what they’re talking about. Very sad and disappointing experience at this location.

Was given a pick up time, they called at 330 for first pick up time to say would not be ready til Saturday morning first thing. Called twice on Saturday and then ended up just showing up at 445 so they didn’t close with my car there until Monday. This was for 3 new tires, they had my car 3 full days!
