Belle Tire

I bought new Continental tires 13 months ago and I love them. Haven't put a ton of miles on them as this is a summer only car. This spring I detected a vibration and went in for a balance. Belle Tire checked and corrected them, no charge. They take care of their customers.

Rude and uncooperative, don't buy tires there they act like you are trash and will treat you the same once they have your money.The manager says contrary to their website's advice crossing tires just "mask" wear not prolong the Life.! After I questioned why they could not reuse my lug nuts he took my car down and refused to rotate although I agreed on paying for new nuts. I purchased lug nuts from local store and was told they have literally hung up on Mike at Bell Tire so I am not alone, go somewhere that appreciates your business and wants to help. Also I paid upfront for those rotations and should not have to argue about the cross pattern every time over almost 20 yrs.! Customer service said it was the managers decision; I thought everyone had a boss.He told me I was yelling , not even close, why would I trust a man who lies about the proper reason to cross tires then proceeds to bully me. That is not service. He should not be interacting with the public.

We took my Fiancés car in to the Fenton Belle Tire because we knew it needed at lease two tires and we had been told in the past that her car would need a new wheel baring and in the few days before bringing it in the wheel in question was making a lot of grinding noise. So we thought we could take it to belle tire and kill two birds with one stone and get the baring and tires fixed. The called me back and said that we were going to need $2500 worth of work. They said the baring wasn’t the issue and that it was the brakes. I told them we would need a day to figure out what we would do with it because it was an older car and not worth that much more than the cost of repairs. I asked with they could go ahead and put the tires on and do an oil change, they told me that “we can’t move that car. The brakes are locked up on it” I was a little confused because the brakes were not locked up when we took it in and it had no issues like that before but I believed them and I spent the next day trying to figure out what to do with the car. We decided that we would just look to get a new car and not go through with the repairs. I called back and told them that and they said “yeah that car is stuck, it locked up in our parking lot and we had to take it apart and free the brake and put it back together and then it moved 3 feet and locked up again so they had to force it into a parking spot” I was pretty annoyed that I would have to tow the car out after we drove it in but if the brakes were locked up then there wasn’t much we could do. My fiancé and I went to belle tire to get some thing out of her car before calling a tow truck and when we were handed the keys people were acting a little strange. I went to her car and as I reached for the door a manager cane outside and said “it might might move, we’re not sure” I turned the key and sure enough the wheel was not locked and I carefully drove it to the car dealership. As we drove away we got a call from our service advisor from belle tire who said “I’m so glad you didn’t go ahead with that work we quoted. I don’t think that is what your car needs at all” So you’re telling me that my car was stuck when it wasn’t stuck at all and then when we leave they call us back and tell us that the almost 3 grand in work that they wanted us to get done wasn’t actually going to help. I can’t say it loud enough but DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THE SERVICE TEAM IS SHADY AT BEST AND THEY ADMITTED TO QUOTING ME $3k OFWORK THAT I DID NOT NEED.

These employees and this company are dishonest thieves and charge you to fix your car, when that thing doesn’t need to be fixed! Replace all four tires, when you don’t need them! Replace brakes also when you don’t need them! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company! They are just out to steal your money and cheat you!

Best tire shop. Everyone I dealt with is helpful and polite. You just get the sense adults are running the place. Purchased 4 new tires for the truck… yeah tires are expensive nowadays…price was competitive with anywhere else… so no use complaining about it. They ordered my tires, and had them installed quickly after my appointment. Duratrac RT’s ride wonderfully so far.
