This was my first time taking my car into a shop, and they did not disappoint. From start to finish, they were responsive and communicative, guiding me through every step of the process. A special shoutout to Edgar R, who always responded quickly to my questions and kept me informed on the status of my car, so I never had to wonder what was going on. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely return if I need any future repairs.

I had such an amazing experience at Ben Clymer’s, I can’t thank Elise and Cesar enough for their amazing customer service! Elise is so sweet and friendly and she will fight for you! lol she answered all my questions. Cesar was so great and so knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and followed up after each process! I can’t thank them both enough for allowing this process to go as smoothly as possibly and as quickly as possible! Their communication through out the process was top tier! They made my experience so great and Lord forbid I get into another car accident but I am a loyal customer now and I would highly recommend this place!
