Awesome customer service - the absolute best!!! Staff is helpful, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The technician was thorough and explained everything. The car was ready when they said it would be and was exactly the price quoted. The facility was very clean and the waiting area was stocked with water, coffee and even snacks! A+ service all the way around!! Highly recommend Newport Beach Porsche/ Bentley!

Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Scott from Bentley truly stands out. His prompt communication, proactive approach, and dedication to resolving my vehicle issue have been nothing short of impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and genuinely wish I had purchased my car from them. That said, I’ll certainly be returning for all my service needs!

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have not received! My Bentayga that I purchased from Bentley of Newport Beach had damaged to the dash board and I agreed to split the cost of the repair; I paid what was required of me on my portion of the deal. I was told someone would be in touch with me to resolve this issue, it has been three months and all communication has been initiated by me. I contacted the dealership via telephone, text & email but I have only received empty & broken promises from this “luxury”experience dealership. I have never written a review however this lack of attention & priority warrants a negative review. My dream car experience has been a disaster!

I know Scott for years since I bought Bentayga, he is the best service guy I ever met, my car seats have some noisy, he and Chris always be very patient and very professional to help me solve the issues, even sometimes the parts run late, he will explain me very nicely, make me feel a good friend and very honest person to works with, I had couple Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Range Rover before, Scott is the best service guy I ever met, do appreciate!
