Best Auto RV & Truck Repair

Kinder than a kissing cow... I broke down on my haul with a clients RV at the Arco/Pilot several weeks ago. I had my truck towed as a referral from several locals, including a previous employee who shared his praise for the quality and care of the business. I paid for the tow, to wait until the following business day to find that they were unfortunately unable to do a rebuild on the transmission... Instead I would have to leave my truck until I could return weeks later. I was in fear upon my return that my truck would be vandalized, or worse, stolen from the vacancy lot across from Best Auto. Within a weeks time the county arrived apparently to tow it away, which would cause an even greater expense. However, the kindness of people I didn't even know, decided to move our family truck behind their fence to protect and keep it safe, without ever expecting a dime... I might not have been able to have my trucks transmission repaired there, but the integrity, and kindness of Best Auto and RV would be my choice anytime, or for a recommendation, just in the kindness alone and care for another human being. Thank you to everyone at Best Auto. You are truly a great hometown business operating. I wish and hope continued success, wealth, and health for everyone .

Where do I start ? Ok so I have recommended this place for 5 years due to friends going there, so I thought I would give them a shot. I needed 4 tires taken off of rims and put on my truck. The lady on right side as I walked in must have had a bad day. Very rude , and nasty !!!! 212.00 to do this job. Blythe is 125.00. I guess do your own price checking. It isn’t the cost so much but the poor attitude from the counter. I did customer service in automotive for 34 years. I would fire her on the spot !!!!! I have two starts because some friends have had ok luck .

Paid their professional price for unknowingly cheap parts from what I thought were nice people. Lesson learned. Car is worse than when I brought it to them. Have to pay $1k+ again to fix somewhere else. Money is the only thing that matters to them.

This was my first experience with BestAuto in Quartzsite...I am not disappointed one bit. I appreciate the communication and assistance with ANNA & ELSIE along with the integrity regarding the estimate and the Very fair price for parts and labor. Getting a foreign made van in for a starter replacement is not the easiest order during January in Quartzsite, but, it was done this morning and in record time! My van was delivered to the shop yesterday by A Toe Truck. I definitely appreciate the local businesses working together to achieve the common goal of good customer service and satisfaction. Also, it is worth mentioning that this business went above and beyond by having stairs and a ramp to accommodate those who need ADA entries. This is a busy place, location is everything as is word of mouth reputation. I'm traveling into Mexico and am grateful for having my van done early so i could keep with my itinerary. Gold star service all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍🚐

They took my friend's Jeep right in to fix the springs. He only had to wait a couple days to get his Jeep back. I'd say that's pretty good service. And it didn't cost him an arm and a leg. It's my turn. The Nissan needs new rear bearings.

March 2025, This place is in my opinion the worst place to take your car to.I took my car into this place of business to get it looked at to find out why it wouldn't start, wouldn't run. I dropped it off, and nobody even asked me what was wrong with it. so okay let them figure it out. I'm paying for it. On the day it came for my vehicle to be looked at I went to go ask them what's going on with it and see what they have to say. I was immediately told the engine's gone. I know the engine's not gone because it was running when I took it in there. I had a starting problem, not a dead engine problem. When I asked questions on how they came to determine that, I was yelled at by the woman that works behind the desk to get off her property and take my car with me. Then, when I asked them to help me put my car back on my tow dolly, they did not want to do that. I am disabled and can not do that myself. Finally they sent three guys out to put my car on my toe dolly and they had to use a forklift to get it on there I would like to know how they expected a disabled elderly man to put their car back on a tow dolly. Customer service is atrocious. Is my engine dead in the car? No, it starts. Not dead. They didn't really look at it they didn't even plug in my battery, put the relay back into the fuse box. There were many other indications that they didn't even look at the car. These guys are definitely Liars they didn't want to work on my car cuz it was too old for them. I definitely do not recommend them.
