I had great service from this place they really went out of their way to get the parts I needed to fix my car. Staff was amazing and very courteous they kept me up to date from when my car went into the shop to when the parts were ordered to even when the job was being done and how long it was going to take. I really appreciate the whole staff who took care of me. I really recommend them to everyone I know. Will definitely go them in the future and will keep recommending them. As with most places/items, I always look at the reviews/star rating. Although I was a bit skeptical at first with the perfect star rating this place had, I figured at minimum most people’s reviews had to be legit which was enough to motivate me to come and check this place out. After experiencing what I experienced, the perfect star rating had now made absolute sense. Right from the start, the owner or head guy in charge (sorry forgot his name) came to front office area and greeted me a warm greeting. He was very personable and took time to hear me out. I was there to get my air intake hose replaced as it was cracked as well as some extras: clean fuel injectors, throttle etc (which was recommended to me by the last mechanic who I decided not to go to last minute as I felt something was off…) This guy however didn’t try to upsell me but actually questioned if I even needed the “extras” as the last mechanic recommended. Turns out I really didn’t… Even the shop itself was very clean including inside the bathroom. You can tell by this shop’s setup, cleanliness, staff and overall service, that this place really values their customers and business/brand. My Turkish mechanic whom my family and I trusted for many years had passed away over a decade ago (who was also on Jericho tnpk). since then I’ve been hopping around from one mechanic to another never truly feeling content… But I think I may have now found my official go to place for any car issues. I’ll recommend my family/friends too. Just hope to have the same experience every time. I think I will. Highly recommended.

Thank you Bhagay Automotive for always coming in clutch when no one else can service my car. They do it super well and I’ve never had a single problem. Their customer service is genuinely amazing and they make you feel very welcomed. They have a nice lobby to sit in and wait and will let you know directly if there’s any problems. Thanks again!
